Pitch Poster WIPs

Lately I've been slaving away on my portfolio!! It's been super intense but I'm so excited to get everything ready for the Jalloo Animation+Gaming Festival in June, and to be showing my stuff off to potential employers!! Our big project right now is a pitch poster, and one of ours could be sent off to enter the annual Pitch Poster Contest run by the Animation Magazine. Here's a little sneak peek at what I'm doing!

Sentinel Character Drafts

Original design for Felicia, the protagonist of my Sentinel Animatic!  I decided to age her a little bit because the story took a little more violent turn. I would have liked to have made it the simple, cute story but I thought I could make it more dynamic. I just really like this design c:

Cleaned Up Storyboard Panels

It's blizzard week! Miramichi has been getting pummelled by a lot of snow recently and walking to school in the morning has been just peachy.  I come to the studio with tears in my eyes because of how cold it is outside!  Anyway, it has been a stressful couple weeks for everyone.  We are putting a lot of focus into our portfolios but we also have new assignments to work on as well.  They were due this week but because of the snow days they have been pushed back.  I will post those after they've been presented.
